John has a Master's degree in Management & Leadership from Tarleton State University in Stephenville Texas. John is a Rockwall native and serial entrepreneur. He has created several businesses to serve different needs. In 2014 one of John's previous businesses was in a commercial area that was not being maintained well, John saw the opportunity to fill a need, and Star Outdoor was born! To showcase some of John's talents he serves on several committees and is a Commissioner for the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Rockwall.

Julie has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Christian Brothers University in Memphis Tennessee. As the Chief Financial Officer for Star Outdoor, Julie handles everything number-related. Whether it's the annual budget for Star Outdoor or the individual budget on a client's project, Julie has a precise eye for keeping things balanced and on time.

With a degree in History from Texas Tech University, Chris loves to tell old stories from Texas' past. Chris is in charge of our maintenance crews. He ensures that they have the tools and equipment they need for the schedule and inspects that everything is being completed according to our high standards. You'll find Chris walking properties and talking with clients about their needs and where we can help. Chris is a true team player for Star.
